Everything billing-related lives in Settings → Plans & Billing. The page shows your current plan, what’s included, what you’ve used, and how to change anything.

Plans

Eluu has four self-serve tiers and a custom enterprise tier.
PlanBest for
FreeTrying out, single-colleague tests
SoloPersonal use or one to two small workflows
TeamStartups running a few colleagues
MaxScaling teams running multiple workloads
EnterpriseLarger orgs with org-wide deployments
Each plan limits how many colleagues you can build, how many concurrent sessions you can run, how much storage your team gets, and how many credits you get each cycle. Higher plans get bigger numbers across the board.

Credits

Eluu meters usage as credits. A credit is consumed when a colleague calls a model or uses a paid tool. Two kinds:
  • Wallet credits — refresh on a cadence. They don’t accumulate; if you don’t use them, they reset.
  • Grants — one-time or expiring. Trial credits, top-ups, anything bonus.
The billing page shows both. You’ll see your wallet balance, when it refreshes next, and any grants with their expiry dates. When you’re running low, the top of the page shows a banner. If you hit zero, your colleagues stop running until the next refresh — or you top up.

Top-ups (overage packs)

Sometimes a plan’s monthly credits aren’t enough for a particular project. Overage packs are pre-priced credit chunks you can buy on top of your plan. They’re listed under your plan summary. Pick the pack, click purchase, you’re back in flow.

Upgrading or downgrading

The page lists every plan with a button next to each. Higher plans show Upgrade, lower plans show Downgrade. Upgrades happen immediately. Your remaining credits in the current plan roll over as a permanent grant when relevant. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle. You keep what you’ve paid for, then drop to the new plan on renewal.

Cancelling

Same place. Click cancel — your subscription ends at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep using what you paid for until then. After cancellation you’re back to the Free plan. You can reactivate any time before the cycle ends without re-running checkout.

Invoices

Eluu uses Paddle for billing. Past invoices are accessible from the page through the Billing portal link. From there you can update payment method, change billing address, and download invoices.
