Colleagues can write actual documents — not just text in chat. Tell them what you need and they produce a file ready to download. The four formats they’re best at:
  • PDF — for reports, briefs, polished one-pagers, anything you’d print.
  • Slide deck (PPTX) — for decks you’d present in a meeting or share before one.
  • Word doc (DOCX) — for things people will edit further in Word or Google Docs.
  • HTML page — for landing pages, internal pages, formatted email-able content.

How to ask

Just tell them the format and what you want.
Sofia, write a 10-slide deck for our Q3 board update. Cover wins, misses, and the plan. Use our usual structure.
Aria, take this customer call transcript and write a one-page PDF brief I can send to product.
Max, build a one-page HTML summary of the top five product issues this week. I’ll forward it to engineering.
Pepper, draft a Word doc of the new partnership agreement based on the Acme template.
You can give them a template (paste or attach), specify pages or slide counts, ask for a particular tone, or point them at the colleague’s memory for style guidance.

What they’ll show you

While the colleague is writing, you’ll see them working through the structure first — outline, sections, key points — before the file shows up. This is on purpose. It lets you redirect early if the structure is off. When the file is ready, it appears in the chat and lands on the colleague’s hard disk. Click to open it in Eluu’s preview, or download to send wherever you want.

Iterating

Documents almost never come out perfect on the first pass. That’s fine — keep talking.
Sofia, slides 4 and 5 are too long. Cut to the headline numbers and one supporting chart each.
Make the deck shorter, eight slides instead of ten.
Aria, the brief is good but reframe the first paragraph for a less technical audience.
The colleague rewrites in place. The file updates, version preserved on disk so you can roll back if needed.
