Every colleague has a hard disk of their own. It’s where they store everything: notes from past conversations, drafts, exported reports, instructions you’ve given them, account context, anything they’ve learned. The hard disk is also their memory. When you start a new chat, the colleague reads what’s relevant from disk before answering. The longer you work with a colleague, the more they have on hand — past decisions, customer history, your tone preferences, which accounts matter.

Why this matters

Most AI tools forget. You re-explain context every conversation. Eluu colleagues don’t. After a few weeks of working with Sofia your sales colleague, she knows:
  • Which customers you talk about most often, and why.
  • The tone you use in outbound emails.
  • Which deal stages you flag as risky.
  • The Salesforce fields you actually care about.
  • The mistakes she’s made, and the corrections you gave her.
This compounds. A colleague that’s been with you for a quarter is meaningfully sharper than one you started yesterday — because every interaction adds to the disk.

What’s actually on it

Two kinds of things: Files the colleague produces. Reports, drafts, charts, code, spreadsheets, anything written during a conversation lands here. You can open these from anywhere — the colleague’s hard disk page, the chat that created it, or as a file inside another conversation. Memory notes. When you tell a colleague to remember something — remember that Acme prefers email over Slack — they write it down on disk. Next time the topic comes up, they read the note.

Asking a colleague to remember

You don’t have to manage the disk by hand. Just tell them.
Remember that we never reach out to customers on Fridays.
Remember that Acme’s renewal date is March 12 and Sarah is the right contact.
Take notes on what we just discussed about Q3 strategy and keep them where you’ll find them.
Next conversation, the colleague checks for relevant notes before doing anything. You can ask them what they remember any time.
